Implant Retained Dentures

When replacing missing teeth, we often recommend implant retained dentures as a solution.

Replacing missing, or damaged teeth is vital to your overall oral health and hygiene as missing teeth can cause a whole host of problems. These range from difficulty eating and speaking, to further bone loss in the jaw, and the future misalignment of other teeth as they move to fill the gap.

Implant retained dentures offer security and comfort to the user as the denture is fixed in place via a titanium screw. This screw acts as the new ‘root’ for your prosthetic tooth so you can be sure it will stay in place and help maintain the structure of the jaw.

Before embarking on this treatment, we’ll first have to be sure that you are a viable candidate for an implant. We’ll do this at our initial consultation, where we’ll go through all your options with you. If we do decide that implant retained dentures are the best way forward, you’ll return here to have the treatment.

After calling up around 20-30 dental practices none were able to take me in as a new patient, due to Covid. till I called Smile Style, Sara (the receptionist) was very kind to have a word with the doctor and was seeing on the same day, the Doctor was very gentle since I have sore gums, I couldn’t be any happier! Dr. Aron Balkin and his team are fantastic! i had an issue that i wanted immediate attention. i called in the afternoon and i was given an appointment the following day. i was most impressed with thoroughness in which Dr. Aron checked out the issue. in addition to his own assessment, he contacted 2 specialist who concurred with his assessment. luckily the issue was benign.My wife and i have both use Smile Style. I found Aron and his team some of the most professional I have ever dealt with. I had a cracked tooth so was grateful that Aron's receptionist booked me in at such short notice and that Aron put the matter to rest immediately.
