Mimicking the appearance of natural tooth enamel, Lumineers give patients the option of an even more bespoke and natural looking finish for their smile.
Lumineers can be used to help cover up cracks, chips and fractures in the teeth, all of which can have a detrimental effect on the overall appearance of a smile as well as on your self-confidence. They can also be used to help fill gaps in the teeth and to reshape small or otherwise misshapen teeth.
Lumineers can typically be fitted in as few as two appointments and require only a small amount of preparation. First, an impression will be taken of the teeth and a mould will be made. This will then be sent off to the lab and used to create your unique Lumineers.
You’ll then return to the practice where your Lumineers will be fitted for you. Unlike traditional veneers, the application process doesn’t require any trimming or preparation of your natural teeth, making it both swift and comfortable.
